"On 22 November 2022, I attended the ‘Sternstunde’ concert an the Joachimsaal of the UdK. I have always been impressed by the skills of the young musicians. I particularly enjoyed Kaja's and Klėja's performances at this concert and I also took a photo of them. This was then used to design the artwork, which I also wanted to send to them. An email with the artwork, first sent to Prof. M.Groh, was forwarded to their mother. We then met at my place and I gave her the framed artwork as a gift. It was a joy for us all. I then found lots of videos on the internet with their many interpretations, which I then turned into works of art and also gave them as my gift. On 23 December 2023, we spent a pre-Christmas evening together in their Berlin apartment. My artworks decorated the hallway. That was another very special experience for me".
